How To Set Goals And Achieve Them.

First you must be clear about what you want. This may seem like an obvious statement, but the vast majority of people have no idea what they really want. Your wishes are not specific. They know what they don’t want, but they don’t know what they want.

Smart Goals

Ask someone if they could have everything they want in life and 98% of people will begin to describe everything they don’t like in their life. They will tell you what they don’t want, but they have very little idea of ??what they really want. Even those who have an idea of ?? what they want have no details. They want more money, better relationships, a more satisfying job, etc., but they can’t describe exactly what it means to them. You have to be specific. We know what you don’t want, but do you want?

The first step setting smart goals and getting what you want is knowing what you want!

Next, you need to know why you want it. How will you feel when you have this thing, situation or type of person? Our emotions play the most important role in achieving goals. They are the essence of all desires. Every wish, wish, or goal begins with a feeling. Think about it for a moment. If you can identify the feeling behind your wish and repeat the way it will feel when you have that wish, you are sure to receive it!

Then write your goal. This will help you be even clearer. Describe your life as if you already have your wish. Be sure to include the feelings that will evoke you once you have achieved your goal.

For example: “I am very grateful for my new Mercedes SL-Class sports car. Every morning I get excited when I open the majestic black metal door and climb into the driver’s seat made of black Nappa leather. It feels as comfortable as an armchair. The engine comes to life when I turn the ignition on, and I smile in agreement as I reach down to shift the gearshift onto its walnut thread.

When I speak quietly, the voice recognition system instantly brings the CD player to life and my favorite music fills the room. Driving on the highway is so smooth and the engine so quiet that I have the feeling of floating on a cloud. It fills me with gratitude and joy when I realize that I have created this. “

Next, visualize your smart goal as you review your written explanation. See how to complete the tasks you wrote. Feel the feelings associated with it. Do this every morning after you wake up and every night just before you retire.

Make sure you stay positive and focused throughout the day. Never let frustration or impatience get the best of you. When you get impatient, you are claiming that you don’t have your smart goal. Focus on the feelings you know you will experience when you reach your smart goal.

Then be open to new opportunities. Let the universe open new channels for you. There are endless ways that you can receive your wish. If you can come up with a plan to make your wish come true, this one is even better. If not, be open to new ideas that come to mind and formulate them into a plan when you receive them.

The last step is simple: take action. Do something, no matter how small, to get closer to your smart goal. Organize a test drive, check houses in the neighborhood you want, call your friends and invite them to dinner. Do something!

If we take a small step forward, the universe will take 10 steps to find us. Follow these simple steps and your smart goals are guaranteed.
